Client Care Manager
The Client Care Manager position oversees our day-to-day operations and ensures clients are provided a relaxing environment with high quality services and exceptional client care in our Santa Barbara and/or Oxnard locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open and/or close shop each day according to standard operating procedures. Greet clients upon arrival and assist them with questions regarding detox services and products. Book/cancel/change appointments, check clients in for appointments and ensure check-out and payment process is handled efficiently and in accordance with Detox Depot policy. Develop professional, personalized relationships with clients, maintain rapport throughout sessions and tailor experiences to individual needs. Deliver services in a timely, professional manner. Educate clients on both the process and benefits of sessions. Assist with transitional cleaning of the treatment equipment and light cleaning in the reception area as needed. Actively promote Detox Depot services, wellness packages/plans and retail products, as well as educating clients and potential clients on promotions and/or discounts available. Train new team members on all shop procedures, use of equipment and day-to-day tasks. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction. Conduct retail inventory.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, health or related field with a minimum of 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 1 year management and/or relevant leadership experience required. Proficient in technology. Must have excellent communication, and team player skills in a customer-first, often fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead a small team. Experience in a spa or spa-like environment and passion for health and wellness are a plus! Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
Client Care Representative
This position assists Client Care Manager with day-to-day operations and ensures clients are provided a relaxing environment with high quality services and exceptional client care.

Answer the phone promptly and address clients by name. Book/cancel/change appointments, check clients in for appointments and ensure check-out and payment process is handled efficiently and in accordance with Detox Depot policy. Develop professional, personalized relationships with clients, maintain rapport throughout sessions and tailor experiences to individual needs. Deliver services in a timely, professional manner. Educate clients on both the process and benefits of sessions. Support teammates with transitional cleaning and replenishment of supplies. Handle client questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.

Cleaning and Shop Assistant
This position focuses on ensuring our locations are kept impeccably clean and to the highest standard for all customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a clean, fully stocked and well-organized shop on a daily basis. Support teammates with transitional cleaning and replenishment of supplies. Communicate any client issues to teammates that require immediate attention. Transport laundry to/from designated areas as needed. Ensure towels are folded and free of damage. Organize stock and supply room, anticipate/pick up new supplies and replenish bins with overstock products.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
High school education, or six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to speak basic English to communicate with team members and clients. Ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning. Must be dependable and flexible, have an eye for detail, be a team player and enjoy working with people. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Passionate about health and wellness a plus! Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
